What is a SIP panel?

Consists of 95% wood and 5% fire-resistant adhesive. In terms of formaldehyde content, OSB belongs to classes E0 and E1. It includes goods we are familiar with: furniture, clothing, cosmetics.

Expanded polystyrene

High-density polystyrene foam provides excellent thermal insulation. It is considered one of the most environmentally friendly building materials. The resin contained in expanded polystyrene is used in medicine as an antiseptic.

Polyurethane glue

High-quality adhesive under high pressure reliably and permanently connects OSB boards with polystyrene foam, forming a SIP panel.

Thermal efficiency
A wall made of SIP panels 160 mm thick retains more heat than:
  • aerated block wall 700 mm thick
  • brick wall 2500 mm thick.
